These terms explain how lessons, cancellations, payments and driving test arrangements work with Coach Wassim Driving.
Coach Wassim Driving currently offers automatic driving lessons only. Manual driving lessons are not currently available.
Lessons are provided in and around Nottingham, subject to the instructor's availability and agreed pickup arrangements.
Bookings depend on your availability and the instructor's available diary slots. A lesson is only confirmed once the instructor has agreed the date, time, pickup point and payment arrangement.
To book, please send your full name, pickup address, preferred days and times, and confirmation that you agree to these terms and conditions.
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
If less than 48 hours' notice is given, 50% of the missed lesson fee may be charged.
This policy exists because short-notice cancellations are difficult to refill and prevent another learner from using the slot.
Payment should be made before your lesson or test day booking, unless another arrangement has been agreed directly with the instructor.
Current published prices are shown on the homepage. Prices may change in future, but any confirmed booking will follow the price agreed at the time of booking.
Official DVSA driving test booking fees are not included unless agreed separately with the instructor.
You must bring your provisional driving licence to your first lesson.
If you do not bring your provisional licence, the lesson may be cancelled and the cancellation policy may apply.
The decision to allow a learner to use the instructor's car for a driving test is made by the instructor.
The learner may need to pass a mock or trial test conducted by the instructor before using the car for the official driving test.
The instructor may refuse use of the car for the test if they believe the learner is not ready or if there are safety concerns.
Home pickup and drop-off may be available by arrangement for lessons and test day bookings.
The exact pickup point must be agreed with the instructor before the lesson.
